Sebastien Paquet (sorry about losing the accent) maintains a nice blog covering a wide range of issues at the intersection of knowledge management tools and academia, at least as I interpret it. Two of his more interesting recent articles are "Towards Structured Blogging" and "Personal Knowledge Publishing and its Uses in Research".
